Duch hearing continued as Cambodian staff are facing wage crisis for April
A hearing of former Tuol Sleng prison chief Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch will be continued on 20 April without delay though the Cambodian side’s staffer are facing a new monthly wage problem, according to a Khmer Rouge tribunal official. Tribunal spokesman Reach Sambath said on Saturday, 18 April that Duch’s hearing would be proceeding as scheduled. But the monthly wages for all the Cambodian side’s staffer and officials for the month of April have not existed.
